Shutterspace ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App").

• Personalize and improve the App and provide content or features that match your interests.
• Marketing: We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you.
• Advertisements for Free Users: Advertisements within the app are based on your interests and involve using identifiers assigned by Apple on iOS and Google and Android.

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf.
• In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

When we generate QR codes or links to add members to Albums, we only share these with the user and device that requested them. You choose who to share it with from there.

Note that SSO information is controlled and accessed by the relevant SSO provider, such as Google, Microsoft, or Apple. Please refer to the privacy policies of these platforms for more information about how they operate their SSO.

5. Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to improve the site and App. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information. You may also choose to download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account and going to the settings page. You can also delete your account through the App.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy.
